Overview
Willow Garage's low-cost ROS robot, created by Melonee Wise and Tully Foote in late 2010 and sold from 2011 as a cheap alternative to the PR2. It stacked a Kinect and a netbook on an iRobot Create base and could map, navigate and follow people out of the box. It was succeeded by the Kobuki-based TurtleBot 2 in 2012.
