Raspberry Pi and ESP32 Robot Car Kit Comparison ($60 to $200) Freenove vs ELEGOO vs PiCar-X vs Raspbot V2 vs GalaxyRVR vs GoPiGo3

Comparison of seven build-it-yourself robot car kits for teens and makers, priced from about $60 to $200. All come as parts to assemble and are coded in Python or Arduino C++. The biggest difference is the brain. The Raspberry Pi cars run Python and on-board computer vision but leave the Pi to be bought separately, which adds roughly $50 to $100 (est.). The ESP32 and Arduino cars include their controller and stream camera video to a phone or computer, but they are coded in Arduino C++ and do not run vision models on board. Ordered by starting price.
