Overview

A budget robot vacuum and mop from the US floor-care maker, sold as the SpinWave (28599), SpinWave Hard Floor Expert (3115) and SpinWave Pet Robot (3347). For mopping, the dust bin is swapped for a water tank with two spinning pads, which Digital Trends found scrubbed well. It navigates in gyro-guided rows without a map, and the dock only charges. Bissell's site lists the original model as no longer available and no longer has a robot vacuum category, so remaining units are leftover retail and third-party stock.
