Overview

Eelume began in 2015 as a spin-off from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and first tested its snake-shaped vehicle near Trondheim in late 2016, originally pitching it as a resident robot that would live on subsea docking stations for inspection and light intervention. The current S-series repositions it as an 'all-terrain AUV' for defense and infrastructure survey, able to roll, snap-turn and follow terrain down to 1 m. Eelume states the S-series is available for order now.
