Overview
The K11+ is SwitchBot's small-footprint robot vacuum, only 24.8 cm across, so it fits between chair legs and under low furniture where full-size robots cannot. It pairs 6,000 Pa suction and lidar mapping with a self-emptying station that is smaller than an A4 sheet. It is one of the few vacuums with native Matter, and it is covered by SwitchBot's public cloud API, which makes it an easy robot to script for start, pause, dock and status. The catches are that it is vacuum only in the standard bundle, its obstacle avoidance is infrared rather than camera based, and reviewers found its mapping weak in large homes. It replaced the K10+ line and sits below the K20+ Pro and the mopping S20.
