Overview

The RV30 Max is a low-cost lidar robot from TP-Link's Tapo smart-home brand, sold with or without a self-emptying dock. Cleaning is basic, with 5,300 Pa suction, a small 2,600 mAh battery and a simple mop plate. Its strength is smart-home support, since it works over Matter and is supported by Home Assistant's built-in TP-Link integration with local control, which few budget robots offer. The RV50 Pro Omni is Tapo's step up with a mop-washing dock.
