Overview
A quiet, rain-capable reconnaissance quadcopter that grew out of the US Army's Short Range Reconnaissance prototyping effort, for which Vantage was selected in 2019. It became one of the first drones on the Defense Innovation Unit's Blue sUAS list and went on sale to commercial and public-safety buyers in December 2020. Vesper succeeded Vantage's earlier consumer Snap drone, and the pocket-sized Trace followed in 2024.
