Overview
The original Ascento was a 2019 ETH Zurich wheel-legged robot that could jump and roll down stairs. The spin-off turned it into Ascento Guard, an outdoor security patrol robot with 8+ hours of runtime and autonomous charging. It is the most commercially deployed wheel-legged biped in Europe, but it is only offered as a service to site operators.
