Overview

The D-series is Dreame's budget lidar line. The D30 Ultra brings an all-in-one washing dock and lifting spinning mops to around $430, while the D20 Plus and D20 Air Plus are mainly vacuums with a self-emptying base and a simple drag mop. Obstacle avoidance is the main gap, since only the D30 Ultra and D20 Pro Plus have structured light and none has an AI camera. Amazon showed more than 1,000 D20 Air Plus units bought per month in October 2026, and Vacuum Wars rated the D20 Plus among its best carpet sand pickup scores. Older D9 and D10s models are rootable with Valetudo, but the current D20 and D30 are not on the list.
