Overview
The Flow is Narwal's flagship line and swaps the usual spinning mop pads for the FlowWash track mop, a flat roller belt that is rinsed with clean water and scraped while it mops, so dirty water is not dragged around the floor. The robot is only 95 mm tall despite having lidar, and climbs thresholds up to 40 mm. The Flow 2 (2026) raises suction from 22,000 to 31,000 Pa, washes with hotter water and adds a larger battery, and Narwal now sells it for less than the original Flow. The Flow is the main target of the community NarwalIntegration, which controls it fully locally from Home Assistant. Both models are sold new by Narwal and on Amazon, and the cheaper Freo 20 uses the same track mop.
