Overview
The L10s Ultra (2022) and L20 Ultra (2023) were Dreame's first widely sold all-in-one docks, and both are on the Valetudo list, which makes them cheap entry points for a locally controlled washing-dock robot. Valetudo's caveats are specific, since the L10s Ultra Gen 2 is unsupported hardware (the original has an AI camera and no extending mop), and only L20 Ultra units with serials starting R2394 (sold from about early 2024) can be rooted. Suction is low by 2026 standards and the mops are washed in cold water on most versions. Dreame US lists them as sold out, but Amazon still had L10s Ultra and L10s Pro Ultra Heat stock in October 2026. The L40 Ultra and X40 Ultra are the newer rootable options.
