Overview
The Omni C series is eufy's budget all-in-one line. The 2024 C20 stands out for its 85 mm body that fits under low furniture, with spinning mop pads and a dock that empties, washes and air-dries. The 2025 C28 swaps in a roller mop, 15,000 Pa suction and hot-air drying, but is much taller at about 112 mm. Neither has a camera, so Vacuum Wars found obstacle avoidance below average (15 of 24 objects for the C28). A September 2026 CISA advisory listed serious flaws in C20 firmware older than 1.6.4, fixed by updating. Both are still sold at large discounts alongside the newer Omni C30, while the X10 Pro Omni adds a camera for a little more.
