Overview
The X10 Pro Omni was eufy's first all-in-one dock robot, launched in late 2023 (unconfirmed) as a cheaper rival to Roborock's S8 Pro Ultra. It pairs lidar mapping and a well-regarded camera obstacle avoidance system with spinning mop pads that press hard on dried stains, and a dock that empties, washes, dries with warm air and refills. Vacuum Wars rated its value highly but noted a buggy app and below-average suction in tests. Firmware updates added Matter with room selection, which makes it one of the easier eufy robots to automate. A September 2026 CISA advisory listed a pairing flaw in firmware older than 1.6.4, fixed by updating. It is still sold new at about half its list price, below the Omni E25/E28 and above the Omni C20/C28.
