Remote control: Connect a Linux laptop or companion computer to the OSDK port (on M300 through the OSDK Expansion Module, which breaks out USB, UART and power) and use the OSDK C++ API or its ROS wrapper.
Overview
DJI's enterprise workhorse line and the successor to the Matrice 100 as the company's developer airframe. The M200 series (M200, M210, M210 RTK) launched in February 2017 with weather sealing and upward gimbal options, got a V2 refresh in 2019, and was replaced by the M300 RTK in 2020, which added six-direction obstacle sensing, 55-minute flights and three payload mounts. The Onboard SDK let universities run autonomy code on a Manifold or laptop, and the M300 also opened to third-party payloads through the Payload SDK. The M350 RTK (2023) and Matrice 400 (2025) have since succeeded it, and DJI ended support for the original M200 in February 2024.
