Overview

The closest match to "small, cheap, really balances, fits a MuJoCo workflow." It grew out of Open Duck Mini, and the full sim-to-real recipe (actuator models, domain randomization, backlash) is public. Seven trained behaviours ship with it, and new ones can be retrained on a local GPU. The catch is that demand swamped the first run, and new orders now wait 4–6 months. XL330 servos also make it toy-scale.

Still the best design here for $399, but no longer a quick buy. To avoid waiting until ~Feb–Mar 2027, build an Open Duck Mini now, which shares the same lineage and MuJoCo pipeline.
