Overview

Samsung's rolling ball robot was unveiled at CES 2020, redesigned with a built-in 1080p projector at CES 2024, and promised for summer 2025 in the US and Korea. It missed that date, skipped CES 2026, and Samsung now calls it an 'active innovation platform'; Bloomberg reported it indefinitely shelved in January 2026.
