Overview
An ambitious attempt at an affordable, fully open-source full-size humanoid from the makers of the Z-Bot. K-Scale failed to raise follow-on funding, shipped only two units, refunded remaining pre-orders and shut down in November 2025. It released all K-Bot and Z-Bot designs and code as open source.
