Weeks+Shipping: Not sold in the US. Ozobot says Bit+ is available only outside North America, and its US store now offers a $30-per-robot trade-in of old Bits toward the Evo. The Amazon US listing is unavailable. Buying means ordering from a UK or EU retailer and paying international shipping. RobotShop UK ↗
Remote control: Programs are written in OzoBlockly in a browser or in the Arduino IDE on a Mac or PC and flashed over USB, then run on the robot. There is no live remote control from a laptop.

Overview

The original tiny line-following robot, about the size of a large coin, that reads colored marker codes on paper so children can program without a screen. Bit+ (2022) keeps that idea and adds a bigger battery, USB uploads from OzoBlockly and official Arduino IDE support. It is the simpler sibling of the Ozobot Evo, with no Bluetooth, proximity sensors or speaker. Ozobot stopped making the original Bit in 2019 and sells Bit+ only outside North America, so US buyers get the Evo instead.

For US buyers the Ozobot Evo is the practical choice, since Bit+ is only sold abroad.
