Overview
The S20 is SwitchBot's full-size robot vacuum and mop, built around a roller mop that is rinsed with clean water as it turns, so it does not spread dirty water like spinning pads can. The station empties the bin, refills water and hot-air dries the roller, and an optional plumbing kit removes the tanks entirely. Reviewers praised its hard-floor mopping but noted it is loud, 11.5 cm tall (too tall for low furniture) and weaker on carpet below max suction. Native Matter and SwitchBot's public cloud API make it one of the more scriptable mopping robots, though the API only covers whole-home cleaning and station actions. It succeeds the S10, which used a separate water-refill station and is still listed by SwitchBot, and it sits above the K11+.
