wlkatapython package sends G-code commands over the serial link, and WLKATA Lab gives graphical programming.Overview
The Haro380 is a compact 6-axis desktop arm that WLKATA pitches as an industrial-grade tool for labs, micro-factories and classrooms. WLKATA, founded in 2017, has offices in Beijing and New Jersey and also makes the Mirobot education arm. The Haro380 was crowdfunded on Kickstarter in 2023, where 38 backers pledged $126,632. Its store kits arrived in March 2026. Every joint uses a harmonic reducer, a flexing gear that gives near-zero backlash, for ±0.05 mm repeatability and a 500 g rated payload.
The arm mounts at any angle and takes grippers, suction cups and custom tools. Both kits include an electric gripper, a soft gripper, a suction cup, a pneumatic box, an emergency stop and an AI Assistant Voice Control Box. Programming runs through the WLKATA Lab graphical software, still an alpha release, or the Python, C and MATLAB libraries over USB or RS485. A ROS 2 package with a URDF is also provided. WLKATA does not publish the arm's weight, motor type or joint speeds on its store page. Its online manual needs a full browser to load. Both kits showed as sold out in October 2026.
