Overview

A low-cost RL humanoid from a US seller, if its training tools live up to the launch claims.

Faraday Future's small developer humanoid, sold alongside its bigger Master Mini. It packs a lidar, a depth sensor, a 10 TOPS computer and an open SDK into a 2.8 kg body. It can also ride a wheeled cart that docks to recharge. FF pitches it as a pocket lab for training walking skills in Isaac simulation and testing them on a real body. Walking tops out at 0.1 m/s, which is slow even for its size. Its actuators are not named, and how it handles pushes is not shown. It undercuts most RL humanoids, but at launch its simulation models and training code were not yet public.
