Overview

LG's rolling smart home agent, first shown at CES 2024 as a smart home AI agent and later given the project name Q9. It patrols the home on two wheeled legs, controls ThinQ appliances and IoT devices, monitors pets and air quality, and holds voice conversations through a generative AI model, with a screen face for expressions. Its navigation tech carried over to the larger LG CLOiD home robot shown at CES 2026.
