Overview
An eight-legged ride-on walking machine from Vancouver, built in 2005–2006 for Burning Man and driven by Klann linkages rather than per-joint actuators. It originally ran on a Honda V-twin engine with hydraulics and was converted to zero-emission electric drive in 2010. A landmark of large walking machines, though mechanically sequenced rather than a programmable robot.
