Overview

A lifelike companion robot with a hand-finished silicone face cast from a real person, sold as a desktop bust (Rola One) or a full-size body (Rola Unity). Brushless motors drive an 8-DOF head for expressions and lip movement, and the AMORIA AI holds voice conversations in English and Japanese with a 200–500 ms response time. The Kickstarter funded with only 10 backers, and the campaign uses AI-generated visuals, so how the real units look and move is hard to judge from it. It does not roam and has no SDK, so it suits collectors after a realistic talking figure rather than a programmable robot. UWORLD U1 is a bigger-budget take on the same idea.
