Overview

A six-legged kit built entirely from HEBI's series-elastic X-Series modules, descended from Carnegie Mellon's Snake Monster. Every joint senses force, so the robot can feel its way over rough ground without precise terrain maps. Aimed at labs studying legged control. HEBI's X-Series is now listed as legacy and the hexapod has dropped off the current catalog.
