Overview

ExoAtlet II is a crutch-based hip-and-knee gait trainer in the same class as the EksoNR, aimed at clinic rehabilitation after spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, cerebral palsy, brain injury and joint replacement. It has 13 anthropometric adjustments including thigh abduction and foot inversion, a back support for cervical injuries, a variable-assistance mode that sets drive power per leg, an FES option, spasticity protection and a battery that lasts a day of training, and it fits patients of 160–190 cm up to 100 kg. The company began in Russia in 2014 as a Skolkovo startup, moved its headquarters to Luxembourg, and as of May 2026 ExoAtlet Global S.A. is wholly owned by Cosmo Robotics of South Korea, where the device is also sold as the EA2 PRO. The maker states a CE mark, ISO 13485 certification and FDA clearance, but the 510(k) number could not be located (unconfirmed), and Korean MFDS approval is also (unconfirmed). Weight, speed and the 2019 release year are not published (unconfirmed), and a pediatric Bambini line uses the same control scheme.
