Overview
First shown at XPeng's 2024 AI Day; the redesigned 2025 version, with a humanlike spine, soft skin and a solid-state battery, moved so naturally that XPeng cut it open on stage to prove no person was inside. In September 2026 IRON walked off XPeng's new production line; first units go to XPeng stores and campuses, with sales in China and abroad planned for 2027.
