Overview

A Labrador-styled consumer robot dog from China Mobile's embodied-intelligence unit, aimed at children's companionship, elder care and home security rather than hobbyists. It recognizes and follows a chosen family member indoors and out using UWB tags, patrols preset routes while the home is empty, watches for falls, clones a family voice from a one-minute sample and takes 5G video calls. Trials ran in Beijing from October 2025 under an experience-ambassador program, with demo units in flagship stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and sales opened in Beijing on April 23, 2026. It is priced about three times higher than a Vbot or Rover X1 and is bought through a phone carrier's app, which makes it an unusual proposition even in China.
