Overview
Hiwonder's metal-bodied alternative to the 3D-printed SO-101, launched in May 2026. The follower arm uses one HX-65HM, three HX-30HM and two HX-12H bus servos with a 1:345 reduction for stability, while the leader uses lighter 1:147 servos for easy hand-guiding. Payload, reach and repeatability figures come from third-party listings and are not yet confirmed on Hiwonder's page.
A sturdier, metal LeRobot leader–follower pair for about twice the price of an SO-101.
