Overview
Braccio++ was the 2022 successor to the Tinkerkit Braccio, keeping the same arm layout but adding Arduino's own RS485 smart servos (four SR418D and two SR312), a Braccio Carrier with a color screen and joystick, and an included Nano RP2040 Connect. It was aimed at advanced high school and university courses in kinematics and automation, with parts molded from recycled EcoAllene plastic. Servo feedback, the built-in screen and an included board were the main upgrades, but reach and accuracy were never published. Its $599 launch price put it in the range of arms with published accuracy specs, such as the Dobot Magician and myCobot 280. It is discontinued, with no new or used units found at SparkFun, DigiKey, Amazon or eBay in October 2026.
